Library Meeting Rooms and Work Spaces


The J. Patrick White Conference Room
Our spacious conference room is open to the public for group and organizational meetings. The room is equipped with a projector, sound system, computer, tables and chairs, and a serving area.  A divider is also available in order to make the room into two smaller spaces for meetings. This room is reservable.
 
 
 
 
The Stanley J. Guzowski Board Room 

Our Board Room is a great place for small groups of 12 or fewer to gather for a meeting. The 10-foot conference table, 10 captain chairs, and two side chairs provide comfortable seating for everyone in your group. There is also a credenza, dry erase board, and a portable projector available for use in the room. Data ports are also located in the room for us of laptops. The lights are on a dimmer switch to allow for easier viewing of projected presentations. This room is reservable.

The Quiet Pod 

This space is available for an individual looking for quiet workspace or reading space. This pod can also be used for working remotely. The Quiet Pod is equipped with electrical outlets and a USB block as well as an overhead light and a quiet ventilation fan.

 

One-Person Work Spaces

Located in the Adult Fiction room, these quiet work spaces are equipped with electrical outlets and USB ports. You can just drop in to use these work desks; there are four available for use.

 

Two-Person Work Space

Located in the back of Adult Non-Fiction this quiet work space is great for two people needing to work together. This desk does not have electrical outlets. You can drop in to use this desk, but it is also reservable, so please talk to staff at the circulation desk before you use it to confirm availability.
