Wireless Network Use

Patrons may access the library’s wireless internet signal on personal devices while in the library. Patrons accessing the library’s wireless internet do so at their own risk, regarding the potential of unwanted third party interception of confidential information. The library does not assume responsibility for the security of information, the safety of privately owned equipment or laptop configurations, data files or technical assistance. Transactions involving sensitive information are best done on secured networks in a non-public environment. Illegal activities using the library’s wireless internet will be referred to authorities.
