Patrons who claim to have returned items that still show on their electronic record will be given a form granting 6 weeks of additional time for West Iron District Library to search for the item in the building – as well as for the patron to search their home, office, car, etc. for the missing item. If the item is still missing after the 6-week period, WIDL requires payments for the missing item. Upon payment, patrons will receive a receipt. If the item is found and in acceptable condition after payment, the money will be returned. Forms are available at the Circulation Desk.
